  • Advise you on preparing your home for sale and staging strategies.
  • Provide a Free Staging DVD.

Initial Marketing Activities
  • Send listing contract to the MLS Association.
  • Place a FOR SALE sign on your property.
  • Develop a specialized marketing flyer on your home.
  • Place a flyer and CD box (see below) on your property.
  • Distribute 350 flyers to MLS member offices.
  • Mail color flyers to exclusive agent mailing list.
  • Schedule your home for the office marketing preview.
  • Create a custom "Home Marketing" book to be placed at your property.
  • Prepare Olympian Saturday & Sunday Ads.
  • Prepare Real Estate Book color photo ad.
  • Place your home on the John L. Scott Home Page w/photo gallery.
  • Create a web page for home with a unique web address (i.e. http://www.123YourAddress.com), unlimited pictures, interactive aerial photographs, maps, and more.

  • Start an aggressive internet search engine marketing campaign on Google, Yahoo, MSN, and etc.

On-Going Marketing
  • Arrange showings for other agents when necessary.
  • Internet based feedback system that will automatically email feedback responses, so you are always in the loop.
  • Keep you advised on a weekly basis with updated market conditions, inquires, showings, comments from agents and buyers, financing, etc.
  • Discuss other marketing strategies and options.
  • Monitor Advertising responses and evaluate advertising program.

Earnest Money Presentation & Follow-up
  • Present and discuss all offers on property with you.
  • Aggressively negotiate the transaction with the buyer's agent.
  • Prepare a seller's estimated credit and debit form.
  • Follow up weekly either buyer's agent/lender to check progress of sale.
  • Order and oversee all necessary inspections.
  • Confirm that all conditions and contingencies on purchase and sale contract are removed.
  • Be present at closing with you or arrange a long distance closing with escrow company.
