I will use my background in technology and the internet to sell your home fast and for the best price. Like most Real Estate Agents I had another occupation before embarking in a Real Estate career. I was a software engineer for 7+ years. I spent my work day writing code, setting up networks, configuring servers, maintaining databases, and etc. I am confident that I know more about computers / internet / technology than any other Realtor. You are probably asking yourself, “So what geek, sure you know about computers but how will that help me sell my house”.

The Real Estate business is much different now than it was just a few years ago. Did you know that over 70%+ of buyers use the internet to search for a home? No longer are you dependent on Real Estate Agent to pull up the most current MLS listings. The information is available to everyone that has a computer and an internet connection. You can view Virtual Tours which almost eliminates the need to go to an open house. You have access to Satellite photos (put link to a satellite photo of home) that give you views of the surrounding neighborhood.

I leverage my technology background to help market your home as well as keeping you informed during the selling process. I use the latest technology available and I am constantly on the look out for new technology that may help me sell your house fast and for the best price.

Here are just a few tools and services that I use:

1. Virtual Brochures on CD. I create custom Virtual Brochures on CD’s and I make the CD’s available for FREE to all potential buyers (available along next to home flyers). The CD’s are created with Macromedia Flash and contain a Home information ,Virtual Tour of the house, school information, unlimited number of photos, Interactive aerial map of the house (that shows location of the house in relationship with schools, shops, parks, freeway), and more.
2. Virtual Tours. I compile virtual tours for every one of my listings. I don’t just hire (like 99% of the other real estate agents) a third party company to create the tours for me. I use the latest Virtual Tour Software to create custom virtual tours that I can modify or change when ever needed.
3. Custom webpage with a unique web address (i.e. http://www.123YouAddress.com) that I use with all print marketing material. The web page can have an unlimited number of photos, virtual tour, driving directions, aerial maps, and more.
4. Internet based home feedback system. The system allows me to keep you informed on what buyers and agents think of your home after showings. You are alerted via email when ever a buyer’s agent responds to a feedback form, which is automatically emailed to an agent when a house is viewed by an agent and potential buyer. The feedback responses are also saved and are available for review at a later date via a password protected webpage.

These are just a few tools and services I use, along with all other traditional marketing methods like listing your property on the MLS, holding open houses, creating custom home flyers, sending out just listed post cards, and etc. What sets me apart from other Olympia Realtors is my understanding and willingness to use cutting edge tools to help sell your home.
